Shchedronov</p><p align="center">Abstract</p><p>In this work, current state of the customer loyalty management problem was analyzed. Business processes, related with marketing activities of retailers, Data Mining in customer loyalty management context and actual CRM systems were studied and analyzed too.</p><p>Development of project solutions for creating customer loyalty system software for retail, which will be part of a programmatic complex Trade House, is the main purpose of this work.</p><p>There were defined basic requirements for system, its capability, development platform, projected architecture and interfaces; its cost was calculated too.</p><p>The results of this work may be useful for development of a loyalty system for retail.</p><p>Supervisor: Associate professor A.V.
