Efficiency Analysis of Manufacturing Company CJSC "Tico-Plastic" Business Processes Based on lean Production Principles

<p>Topic: Efficiency Analysis of Manufacturing Company CJSC &quot;Tico-Plastic&quot; Business Processes Based on lean Production Principles &raquo;.</p><p>Graduation work consists of 93 pages, including appendices, and contains 11 tables. Appendices include 13 tables and 4 images. During the work on the graduation paper, there were used 21 literature sources, including sources in English.</p><p>The object of research is the specific manufacturing company: CJSC &quot;Tico-Plastic&quot;. During the research there were formulated recommendations intended to improve efficiency of the business, connected with order execution, by modernizing company&rsquo;s planning system by means of modernizing raw materials planning system, production system and distribution system.</p><p>Graduation paper consists of contents, introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendices.</p><p>The introduction describes the relevance of the work, aim and objectives needed to reach this aim. Also formulated a result, which is planned to achieve in the course of work.</p><p>The first chapter gives information about terms, principles and concepts, connected with lean production system. This chapter also provides visualizing methods of one of the main lean thinking ideas.</p><p>The second chapter provides a brief description of the analyzed organization. It was also described a sales area of the company and a client typology. Moreover, the information about company&rsquo;s production cycles and detailed information of current planning system was given in the second chapter.</p><p>The third, enclosing chapter contains analysis of the organization&rsquo;s planning system according to following criterion: the criteria of raw materials supply and storages, the criteria of completeness in using the machinery and the criteria of finished goods marketing. The main part of the third chapter is intended to describe the number of developed recommendations that are aimed on improving company&rsquo;s business processes efficiency. Chapter also contains the economic substantiations for the comprehensive modernization of the company&rsquo;s planning system.</p><p>Conclusion contains conclusions about the results of researched, that have been done in the graduation work. It also outlines the conclusions of each chapter and gives the full list of developed recommendations for the manufacturing company CJSC &quot;Tico-Plastic&quot;.</p>
