<div>The purpose of this work is to identify the characteristics and functioning of the monetary policy of the Bank of Russia at the present stage. </div><div>Relevance of the work due to the fact that the Central Bank of the Russian Federation conducts monetary policy in a constantly changing external economic environment and domestic economic situation in the market. The Bank's Russian measures must meet both external and domestic economic conditions, stimulate the development of the banking system and the real economy.</div>
