The case study of a trading company, the main activity of which is retail of men&#39;s, women&#39;s and children&#39;s clothes, is considered.</p><p>A new delivery scheme regarding retail outlets of Siberian and Ural regions using air transport is suggested in the study. Using modern approaches a logistics provider was selected: an air carrier for transporting goods from Spain to aviation terminals in Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk. Organizational structure of the company was reorganized: the procurement department was included into the logistics department, and a regional logistics specialist was introduced.
