There are a lot of different concepts of business process optimization, but concept of &laquo; Lean Manufacturing + Six Sigma&raquo; is, perhaps, the most popular and effective. This method combines the two concepts and tools aimed at improving the effectiveness of the company to satisfy customer needs. Urgency of the chosen topic due to the fact that the process is optimizing delivery process with using &laquo;Lean Manufacturing + Six Sigma &quot;&raquo; concept creating the most efficient work in the company. Therefore, to develop measures to optimize the delivery mechanism there is a detailed project mechanism required.</p><p>Diploma aim is development of measures for implementation of the project &laquo;Optimization of business processes of an industrial company based on the concept&quot; Lean Manufacturing + Six Sigma &quot;&raquo; using the tools of the &laquo;Lean Manufacturing + Six Sigma &quot;&raquo; concept. Performer of this project is industrial company, concerned with delivery process improvement in company. Diploma contains proposals of delivery process optimization that will find the most effective type of transportation through the vehicle choice. Further developed algorithm has been modernized and adapted to the project &laquo;Optimization of business processes of an industrial company based on the concept&quot; Lean Manufacturing + Six Sigma &quot;&raquo;. For this project developed a mechanism for its implementation using Why-Why analysis tools, and logistic principles on which selected the best type of transport. Although, the economic feasibility and effectiveness of using the method chosen during transportation project &laquo;Optimization of business processes of an industrial company based on the concept&quot; Lean Manufacturing + Six Sigma &quot;&raquo; proved.</p><p><strong>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong><strong>Diploma contents: </strong>pages. &ndash; 100, pictures &ndash; 29, graphs - 21, List of references &ndash; 35.</p>
