<p>Analysis and changes of business processes will enable us to improve the quality of services provided in connection with which to improve financial performance and market position.</p><p>In this paper will consider the business process of selling spare parts for which specializing in the sale of construction equipment is important because it affects not only on the independent sale of spare parts, but also on the after-sales service of vehicles sold.</p><p>The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of processes in spare parts sales company. In this paper will analyzed the activities of the company, the state of logistics, existing business processes and identifying existing shortcomings. Also provides an overview of the domestic and foreign theoretical literature on improving business processes and how to monitor the implementation of logistics processes.</p>
