Creation of the regional policy in the area of social entrepreneurship

The first mention of social entrepreneurship in the scientific literature were made at the end of the last century, and the popularity of this phenomenon started to gain early as the 2000s.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>The social entrepreneurship is a combination of economic sustainability and social value in the process of economic activity. Through the use of new ideas, innovation and quality management social organization can solve many social problems, from the creation of jobs for disadvantaged groups and provide services to people in need to solve environmental problems. We should also mention the importance of the development of national and regional policies in the field of social entrepreneurship. The effectiveness of such a policy is confirmed by the experience of European countries, hence the creation of regional policy in the field of social entrepreneurship in the Perm region is an urgent task. Regional policy is more promising, with respect to federal politics, as it allows to take into account the specifics and peculiarities of social entrepreneurship in a particular region, as well as encourage him to address a particular set of problems specific to the region.</div>
