Annotation Managers' types according to the modification of Marston's typology and Team ManagementThis bachelor`s thesis examines an analyses of managers types and the way how we can quickly understand and gauge a person using W. Marston`s behavior model and «DISC» - its modern conception - in order to solve companies and team management problems effectively. This thesis reviewed the history of W. Marston`s behavior model creation and its usage in modern business structures.In this paper the larger space is attended to managers characteristics and to different types of managers from the point of view how they resolve a conflict and build a team for effective management. The task of the practical part of the thesis was to define the types of manager`s characteristics with the help of modern «DISC» models and determine the level of manager`s managerial skills.Teambuilding and effective management recommendations were given in this work.The structure of this bachelor`s thesis has an introduction, 3 chapters, 7 paragraphs, a conclusion, a list of references and supplements. 4 tables, 1 picture and 3 supplements were used, the list of references has 19 sources. The total number of pagers is 59.
