The process of media transformation and the emergence of social media have had a great impact on charity organization’s communication strategies and the ways they reach their target audiences. It also influenced the charity discourse and the way this topic is actualized in media. Thus, this study by means of social media monitoring aims to identify main trends concerning the contents and significance of online charity discourse in the Russian-speaking segment of social media.
