Development of "Initial" Training Model for Recrutment

In the conditions of modern Russian market system the big role is got by the sphere of a manpower. Therefore activity of recruitment agencies is an important element of Russian labor market. However, despite high popularity of recruitment agencies, they often suffer from acute shortage of highly qualified specialists on internal vacancies. Development of the program of "entrance" training for HR managers can become the perspective direction of personnel business. The purpose of this work is development and approbation of the program "entrance in a profession" training for HR managers. Achievement of this purpose is possible through the solution of the following tasks: 1. The analysis of the literature considering different types of agencies on staff recruitment and detection of similarities and distinctions between them; 2. Determination of content of the competences necessary for managers of recruitment agencies; 3. Analysis of theoretical approaches to the concept "entrance training"; 4. Comparison of experience of training of HR managers in large Russian and international agencies; 5. Carrying out interview with heads of recruitment agencies and representatives a top - management in the sphere of human resource management of the companies Customers for the purpose of definition of an image of the successful expert in the field of staff recruitment; 6. Creation of transformational and adaptive model "entrance in a profession" training of HR managers and her approbation; 7. Check of efficiency of model by means of the analysis of results of expert poll and an assessment of questioning of participants. Object of the master thesis are HR managers. Subject of this work is the model "entrance in a profession" training of HR managers.
