Verification By Constitutional Court Of The Russian Federation Of Rules Of Civil Law: Features Of Assess The Admissibility Of Appeals, Argumentation Of Solution, Range Of Examination Of The Appeals

Paying attention to the rapid pace of development of the civil circulation and, as a consequence, the civil legislation, the role of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the process of verification constitutionality of acts increace rapidly. This study identified and analyzed the characteristics of the civil law, features of the admissibility of appeals to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the verification of the civil legislation acts. The author also revealed the limits of review of the civil legislation acts, the specific features of the mechanism of action of argument making the final decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation for the verification of the civil legislation acts. In conclusion the author substantiates the necessity of introducing the institution of a third party in the process of constitutional proceedings.
