The Relationship of Emotional Intelligence with the Status of Person in the Group

This paper investigates the relationship of emotional intelligence with the status of the individual in the group, by the sample of 2nd year students of the Faculty of Management of HSE NN. It consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of used literature at the end. The introduction describes the relevance of the topic of research, goals and objectives, a subject of study. The aim of research - to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with the status of the individual in the group. The object of the study are 2nd year students of the Faculty of Management of HSE NN. Subject of research - the relationship of emotional intelligence with the status of the individual in the group. The first chapter deals with theoretical aspects of emotional intelligence: the concept and the basic approaches to emotional intelligence of the structure and its relationship with the status of the individual in the group. The second chapter describes the procedure and the results of an empirical study on the relationship of emotional intelligence and personal status in the group. In conclusion, summed up the research and presented findings.
