Technique of an Assessment of Forecasting Reliability of Modern Multilager Printed Circuit Boards

The purpose of final qualifying work was a comparative analysis of the models and methods of forecasting the reliability of today's multi-layer printed circuit boards. In its work the various methods of calculating the failure rate of equipment were considered. comparative table, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of each method has been compiled. The considered material for the study was chosen for the analysis methodologies in different countries, taking into account production standards adopted in each state.
