This paper presents the basic typology of machine learning problems, and directly describes the issue of ensemble classification. Moreover, a new algorithm for solving a problem of object classification was proposed improving the results of prediction. One of the specific characteristics of this algorithm is a determination of “latent” features of classifiers, for what a mathematical model was designed to evaluate these values. The main idea of the method and its model will be represented through a “toy example”. In addition to the stated facts, the results of experiments will be provided based on the data sets from UCI Machine Learning Repository.
