This study examines the history of the emergence of the baths and saunas, their development and construction in the current time period. The main purpose of this paper is to examine modern technologies, innovative building materials and creative methods and techniques in design to create a more comfortable environment. In the process of finding information was the analysis of many examples of projects and different sources were used. The results of the study contribute to the creation of modern interiors, multifunctional spaces, and to improve planning decisions Spa complexes.
