The Life and Work Balance in Father's Scenario

The diploma will be dedicated to the analysis of strategies for combining employment and parenthood, to build the balance, which implementation is possible on the basis of individual and family resources, to do this would be to make an attempt of conceptualizing the notion of family and work balance and the ways to achieve it. Gender consensus represents that the primary men duty in family is support economic welfare, and all other family concerns should be minimized in order to most effectively cope with the implementation of main assignment. The problem is in the fact that men are more time spend at work, earn money for the family. They are less see their children, less participate in their upbringing, it is believed that it is the mother prerogative.
