The Context Map of Resoucing as a Tool for Management Solutions (on a Sample of the Moscow City Schools)

This project and research work is devoted to the actual now issue of management of the educational institutions, which are combined in large educational complexes. One of the priorities of educational institutions due to the limits of resources is their accounting and searching the ways of their most efficient usage. However, the use of traditional methods of the resources potential accounting in an educational organization based on the accounting records and financial statements, describing the condition of the system in past, is too limited for the purposes of making management solutions. In this work, first, were defined and structured educational resources of the organization, secondly, systematized existing Russian and foreign assess resources availability instruments, third, proposed and tested at the educational organizations that have a similar structure and located on the territory of Moscow city, а cartographic instrument for evaluating the resources supply and demonstrated possible scenarios for the usage of its quantitative and qualitative results. Project task is the creation of the contextual educational resources map of a school as a territorial educational complex. The proposed instrument provides a systematic approach to the resources management and is a source of visualizing of the resources distribution within the complex, as well as allows you to identify the external factors influencing the educational process. This becomes the basis for forecasting processes and infrastructure of the particular school. An important result of the empirical part is to fix the possibility of using of the designed instrument, identification of patterns of using maps in educational organizations that have a similar structure and are located in the city of Moscow. The obtained data allowed formulating scenarios of management activities with a certain combination of resources.
