Evaluation of Company (Brand) Position on a Market

At the moment, the IT market is filled with companies of various orientations. Competition is intensifying and it becomes more difficult for system integrators to win customers. The position taken by the company plays a decisive role in the decision making process. Suppliers should focus on a set of marketing activities and develop a strategy aimed at creating a positive image in the eyes of key customers. One of the main problems of the "DS Group" company is the lack of a clearly formulated model and positioning strategy. Also, the company lacks a clear-cut marketing strategy aimed at creating a positive image of the company in the eyes of new customers. Objective: development of the positioning strategy of DS Group Research methods: system approach, statistical comparative analysis, interview method (in-depth interviews, mass survey). The proposed solutions can be subsequently used in the activities of IT companies, which will strengthen the position of companies in the market.
