Legal Regulation of Investment Activity in Russian Federation

Legal regulation of investment activity in Russia is a quite actual topic for finding solutions to issues of this sphere. First, investments in themselves are extremely useful for the national economy. Secondly, an accurate regulation of investment legal relations helps to increase the efficiency of this sphere in the civil turnover. The aim of this diploma research paper is to study the current Russian legislation on legal relations in the field of investments. The analysis of this study is based on both theoretical and practical approaches. This, in turn, increases the value of the anticipated conclusions. The study of the legal regulation of investment activity in Russia covers, first, the types of investment activities, secondly, the set of participants in investment legal relations, and thirdly, the forms of participation in investment activities. At the same time, a general model of the idea of the research subject is mislaid. In the final part of the diploma research paper, a number of conclusions are proposed, which mostly refers to the possibility of maintaining further scientific interest in the sphere of legal regulation, both venture investments and investments in the financial market.
