Different stages of the corporate life cycle require different strategies towards stakeholders due to the fact that the level of stakeholders’ power and interest may change with the company’s size, management priorities, formalization level and other characteristics. However, too little attention has been paid to stakeholders’ theory’s interdependence with the model of the corporate life cycle.
