Factors Creating a Development Strategy of the Private Healthcare Organizations

This graduation thesis is devoted to the search for the optimal strategy for the development of modern private medical organizations. The work includes both the theoretical aspects of the problem under consideration, as well as the analysis of strategic planning tools and their applicability to Russian medical organizations, the analysis of multidirectional factors affecting the functioning of the private medical organization, and an analysis of the possibilities for their development. Based on a preliminary analysis of the secondary information, as well as the conducted research, the main possible vectors for the development of private medical organizations were formulated. The analysis of strategic alternatives was carried out in order to select the optimal strategy. The result of the study was the development of recommendations on the development strategy for private medical organizations, and also describes the possible tactical actions wich are necessary to implement the chosen strategy.
