The Improvement of Logistic Efficiency of a Trading Company by the Example of "PTC" LLC

At the present time, LLC are losing their positions on the market because of the withdrawal from the floor of the retail canteens. One of the main factor of keeping LLC on the market is continious optimization and avtomatization ot the key processes, this will able them to divercify their business activities in the way of offering transportation and stocking facilities for trade companies. The essential infrastructural design of the heating facilities is a structure supporting the transport system, many of the plants provide the supply of food for production or co-production with their own products, which can be considered a positive factor in maintaining a high level of customer service. However, in the future, this is not the key business-part of the heating systems, but the quality of the production is not efficient. The purpose of this work is the optimization of the transport system of the wholesale company "PTС" LLC. The following optimization activities were proposed: a new route for delivering goods to customers was proposed, which is implemented as part of the project for the implementation of the automated transport management system TMS. The effectiveness of the proposed measures to improve the logistics activities of the enterprise was shown on the basis of the three-factor model of Du Pont's strategic profit.
