Application of Outsourcing Strategy for the Efficiency Enhancement of Logistics Systems of Defense Enterprises

Keywords: logistics, outsourcing, logistic provider The purpose of dissertation work is the teoretiko-methodical bases development for logistic systems improvement of defense industry enterprises by the logistics outsourcing. The following tasks have been solved: – to research and specify a conceptual framework of logistic outsourcing in supply chain management; – to consider tendencies of development of the logistics outsourcing and to define the major factors which constrain its spreading in Russian Federation; - to develop an introduction technique of logistics outsourcing in the defense industry enterprises; - to calculate and test the developed technique in JSC Kronshtadt Tekhnologii company. The research object is JSC Kronshtadt Tekhnologii company. The research subject is the improvement process of supply chain management by the logistic outsourcing. The scientific novelty is the systematization and development of theoretical bases, scientific and practical provisions and methodical recommendations for warehouse and transport outsourcing with considering expediency and economic efficiency for defense industry enterprises. The structure: In chapter 1 "Outsourcing development with considering the modern market requirements" is formulated a concept of outsourcing, its advantages and risks; levels of logistic service and the main problems of outsourcing development in the Russian Federation. In chapter 2 "Scientific and methodical justification of expediency of logistics outsourcing" were analyzed the features of defense industry enterprises and expediency of outsourcing in the organizations.In a chapter 3 "Application of outsourcing strategy in JSC Kronshtadt Tekhnologii" the technique of outsourcing project was developed, the results of experimental calculations are given.
