Development of Organizational Culture Model in Project-Oriented Companies

The aim of the paper is studying and describing the constituent elements of the organizational culture of project-oriented companies, identifying the difference in the organizational culture of a project-oriented company in comparison with a traditional organization. In addition, a list of organizational culture’s factors that may have an impact on the success of projects in the company was proposed and also a correlation between these indicators was revealed. The result of this work is the modeling of the organizational culture of project-oriented companies. Also, to check the consistency of the proposed model, the organizational culture of the company Technopark-Mordovia was analyzed. The main research methods used in this work are questionnaire survey, semi-structured interview, secondary data analysis.
