Annotation To the master's thesis Stakeholder engagement as a sustainable project management instrument Sofia Startseva Vadimovna The aim of the master's thesis was to develop recommendations for sustainable project management. The matter of the study were project management areas. The subject of the study was the integration of sustainable development in project management areas. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were identified: • To investigate the topic of sustainable project management. • To identify main areas of the sustainable development integration in project management practices. • To develop recommendations in the selected sustainable project management area for the Company’s project management practices. The following methods were used: analysis, content analysis, interview, and case study. The practical significance consisted in recommendations development for sustainable project management. The sustainable development concept, its reflection at the corporate level - corporate social responsibility, as well as academic literature on project management from the perspective of sustainable development were highlighted in the paper. Due to content analysis of academic literature key areas for integrating sustainable development into project management were identified and systemized. Stakeholder engagement was selected for the further research. Stakeholder engagement practices the Company's projects were considered. As a result, recommendations for their improvement were given.
