Management Rationalization of Material Flow at the Enterprise Using the Principles on Lean Production

Abstract for the final qualifying work on the topic: "Management Rationalization of Material Flow at the Enterprise Using the Principles on Lean Production". The purpose of the final qualifying work is the development of proposals for improving the management of material flows of the production enterprise "Likom" using the principles of Lean Production. In accordance with this goal, the following tasks are solved in the work: assessment of the market position of the enterprise and conducting an analysis of its activities on financial and economic indicators; Study materials management systems and identify gaps; Study of theoretical aspects of the principles of Lean Production as tools for improving the management of material flows and consideration of practices of using the concept of Lean Production in enterprises; development of measures to improve the management of material flows using the principles of Lean Production; economic evaluation of the developed strategic solutions in internal logistics of the investigated companies. To solve problems and in order to improve the management of material flows, an organizational mechanism for implementing the principles of Lean Production, methods for eliminating losses and practical recommendations for implementing proposed activities have been developed. Compiled flow map of the value of the future state. The expediency of these changes demonstrated in the model of strategic profit. Introduction of the principles of Lean Production in the process of material flow management will increase the profitability of the company's own capital by 14, 37%.
