Development of Decision Support Systems in the Field of Logistics by Analytical Platform Qlikview

The main purpose of this work is to develop decision support systems that are functional, serviceable, related to the field of logistics, and implemented with Qlikview analytical platform. To achieve this goal, the following methods have been used: • Analysis of literary sources; • Method of information classification; • Data generalization method; • Description method; • Experiment. As a result of this study, the program software that helps find correct decisions in the questions of an enterprise logistics have been developed. To introduce results in a practical way, a particular company has been chosen for decision support system development as a customer of this service. It comprises “Краски-холи.рф” internet shop. Before development starts, theoretical base of BI systems functioning as well as internet shop’s logistic processes was analyzed. After that, main objectives of the developed analytical program have been described and considered that should give a possibility to choose methods and instruments for the program creation. As an ending part of software development, the application was tested. As a result, functional problems was eliminated.
