Android Application for Remote Placing of Orders in Coffee Shops

The work is devoted to the application “HeyCoffee”, which is developed to make remote orders within the network of coffee houses, and for the automatisation of the sectors related to the customer service in the restaurant business. The implementation of this program will reduce the congestion of coffeehouses during peak hours and optimize the work of these restaurants. The paper examines the basic concepts of mobile applications, the areas of its implementation and considers the examples of the similar systems in the field of programs with the ability to create a remote order. There is also described the specifics of the coffeeshops. The result of the development is an Android application, which is performed as a tool for sending a remote order and displaying information.
