Analysis of Warehouse Operations Efficiency

It's no secret that the success of the business and а warehouse logistics are integral parts of each other. It is necessary to pay attention to development and optimization of a warehouse because at many enterprises a warehouse is considered a "black box" with unreasonable expenses. This research deals with the problems of warehouse system development in Aviadvigatel. The organization of the study included the following stages: the study of theoretical approaches to the study of logistics; collection of information on the activities of JSC ODK-Aviadvigatel; сollection and analysis of warehouse activities of JSC "ODK-Aviadvigatel"; Analysis of costs and efficiency of warehouse activities of JSC "ODK-Aviadvigatel" to the objectives of the enterprise: development of recommendations for increasing the efficiency of warehouse activities. In the course of the study, it was proved that the warehouse activities of JSC "ODK-Aviadvigatel is ineffective. And finally as a method for optimizing and increasing the efficiency of warehouse activities a number of recommendations were given.
