Evaluating the Effectiveness of Strategic Management Through a System of KPI on Company Example

Nowadays, organizations are striving not only to be able to effectively manage the enterprise's resources, but also to provide their organizations with successful dynamic development that involves the development of strategic behavior. That is why the question of the correct application of key performance indicators (KPI) is relevant both for the Russian and foreign economies. Many modern economists and entrepreneurs have devoted themselves to the topic of studying and analyzing the functioning of performance indicators in Russia and the world and creating the best conditions for their successful work. The purpose of this work is to develop proposals for the systematization of key performance indicators. The task of researching in this final qualification work is to describe terminology of the performance studied indicators, to systematize them, to study the activities of the enterprise and to assess its financial condition. The object of the study is the effectiveness of the use of strategic management tools. The subject of the study is the key performance indicators of the enterprise. The structure of this final qualifying work will include three sections, which are divided into paragraphs.
