Program Realization of The Structural Automata with Dataflow Control

Student: Shibaev Roman

Supervisor: Sergey Mikhailovich Salibekyan

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Information Science and Computation Technology (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2017

Final qualifying work includes of 66 pages, contains 24 figures and 5 tables. Keywords: structural automata, dataflow, object-attribute architecture. The object of the research was the program realization of a structural automata with a data stream control. This type of the automata refers to the paradigm of dataflow (managing calculations by means of a data stream). The scientific research is topical, because at the present time there has been a rapid development of automatic control systems: automated systems of technological production, robotic complexes, automation systems for engineering structures. However, sometimes the great complexity of such systems does not allow them to be implemented in hardware. Therefore, at present, the implementation of the automaton on the basis of a computer system with another paradigm for organizing the computational process has found wide application. The present study is devoted to the investigation of the implementation of a control automaton on the basis of a computer system with dataflow control, which has significant advantages over the classical control-flow paradigm. Bachelor's qualification work contains an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction provides a rationale for the relevance of the study, the formulation of the problem that needs to be addressed, the purpose and objectives of the study are set. The theoretical and practical significance of the study is substantiated. The first part is overview. It represents existing theoretical developments, describes the paradigms of the computational process (automata and dataflow paradigms) on the basis of which the automaton model will be realized. The second part describes the materials obtained during the completion accomplishment of the final qualifying work. In addition, the chapter has a section devoted to testing the implemented software module. Conclusion gives an overview the work results.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.

In the event that a thesis is quoted or otherwise used, reference to the author’s name and the source of quotation is required.
