Development of Parallel Algorithms of Face Detection on the Image

The theme about face recognition is one of classic problem where we use Data Mining. Firstly, we need library for working with image. We have one, it is Microsoft.ProjectOxford.Face. Library is Create for Visual Studio use . Secondly, we need a language. It would be C#, because we can easily write solution witch use parallel Algorithms. And using code in Visual Studio is comfort for programmer, becouse it is easy to use data base in this solution.
