Improvement of Official Duties of Medical Staff

The final qualification work examines the problems associated with the implementation of job descriptions of employees. On the example of the two countries of Russia and Germany, we are considering management activities in health care. The goal of this final qualifying work is to increase the efficiency of the services of the medical institution on the basis of a comparison of the patient survey data and medical personnel. The following tasks were set in the work: to study and compare the structure and functions of the medical institution in Russia and Germany; to study the staff of the medical institution; develop a questionnaire for medical personnel and patients; to study the dynamics of changes in the duties of employees over the past decade; Identify strengths and weaknesses in the delivery of health services; to develop proposals for improving the official duties of medical staff. A survey was conducted among the staff and patients of the Diagnostic Center No. 5, which revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the medical organization. Based on the results of the questionnaire, recommendations were given for improving the activities in the medical institution. The structure of the work is represented by an introduction, two chapters, eight paragraphs, a conclusion, normative legal acts, a list of literature and annexes. The list of used literature contains 29 sources. 11 regulatory legal acts. The total volume of the final qualifying work is 87 pages.
