Spouses' Property under the Legal Matrimonial Regime

The present research is devoted to the legal analysis of the main features of the spouses' property under the legal matrimonial regime. The work contains consideration of legal regulation, doctrinal concepts and judicial practice correlated with this law institution. According to this complex research, it was concluded that there are some gaps in the legal regulation. In this work some options for improving current legal regulation were proposed.
