Intellectual Property Management at a Transport and Service Company

The work is aimed at developing approaches and mechanisms for improving intellectual property management systems for transport and service companies. In the course of the work, a review of the legal framework and general concepts related to the intellectual property management system and intellectual property results was conducted, the existing intellectual property management systems of the 20 leading transport and service companies, and a comparative patent analysis were comprehensively analyzed. A mechanism has been developed for auditing the intellectual property management system and the results of intellectual activity and analyzing the risks associated with the current state of the intellectual property management system. The methodical foundations of the formation of normative-legal and methodological support for the effective management of promising scientific and technical developments, intellectual property objects and other results of intellectual activity are substantiated, which will allow further promoting a steady growth of the company's capitalization due to the involvement of intellectual property in the economic turnover. Developed а set of measures to eliminate the risks identified in the work, developed recommendations for further improvement of the intellectual property management system and the results of intellectual activity, accounting processes. The purpose of this work is achieved, which is confirmed by the practical implementation of the results. Approbation of the proposed approach was successfully carried out in one of the major transport and service companies, also have practical application of the recommendations given in this paper.
