Rights of the Author under the Legislation of the Russian Federation

Legal protection of intellectual property and intellectual rights of the author of the result of intellectual activity is one of the constitutional duties of the Russian Federation. The need for effective regulation of these relations is of particular importance in the context of globalization of the world economy and the development of the information market. Social relations arising in connection with the author's creation of the result of intellectual activity, obviously, seems to be quite difficult for both legislative regulation and doctrinal analysis of legal relations. The purpose of the research is to identify problems in the system of intellectual rights of the author established by the legislator in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
