The first chapter contains an analysis of the subject area, the concept and objectives of competitive analysis, a description of the process of identifying local competitors and the necessary information, a comparison of the methodology for analyzing competitors, interviewing potential target audiences, comparing the cost of third parties, and the AS-IS competitive analysis business process. The second chapter contains the results of designing the server and client part of the application, selecting and justifying the methodology and development technologies, identifying data sources and designing performance criteria for competitors. The third chapter describes the process and the results of the development of a one-page application using a flexible development methodology, user stories and development methodology through testing, as well as continuous integration. In the conclusion there are the results of the study.
