Business Processes Optimization in Accounting

This paper is devoted to the business processes optimization of accounting for The group of oil and gas companies using the model of shared service centers. The first stage includes the analysis of the literature and the formation of the theoretical base of the study. The second stage includes the analysis of business processes as is and the development of an optimized model. The practical part of the study includes a comparative analysis of business process models of accounting as is and to be and the calculation of the economic effect of the target model implementation.
