Assessment of the Role of Innovative Territorial Clusters in the Development of their Basing Territories

The aim of the work is to analyze the impact of innovative clusters-leaders of investment attractiveness of the world level on the economy of their regions of basing. The subject of the research: the results of the activity of innovation clusters-leaders of world-class investment attractiveness. Object of the research: innovative clusters-leaders of investment attractiveness of the world level. The topic of the research is topical for today, since under the conditions of negative manifestations in the Russian economy, import substitution policies, it is necessary to create effective enterprises that can cope with the difficult economic situation, react to changes that occur in one or another branch of the economy. The combination of enterprises in clusters will create economically efficient production, will help the regions to develop from a socio-economic point of view.
