The business problem of IT project management automation and Agile methodologies application is considered. For successful IT project implementation and management different methodologies are used, especially Agile, which can quickly adapt to changing requirements. However, one methodology is not enough, therefore, project management automation systems are used. Together with a developed corporate methodology, systems provide an opportunity to effectively monitor projects and identify those that don’t meet budget and time constraints, and don’t contribute to the achievement of the set goals in the company. The work consists of introduction, three chapters of the main part, conclusion, a list of used literature and applications. The goal is to develop and implement in practice an integrated approach to the IT project management automation in companies that use Agile methodologies. The complex approach was developed and tested in the company on the real IT project and is based on the integrated application of software tools (MS Project as the base one, Skype and Slack for communication, Google Documents and Drive for formation, storage and exchange of documentation) and the adapted Agile methodology Scrum. For the implementing company of the IT project where the integrated approach was applied, the internal normative document and templates of the Scrum ‘s artifacts were developed. The novelty is the development of an integrated approach to IT projects automation based on Scrum and the set of information systems. The practical result is to enable companies to actively apply Agile methodologies when using IT project automation systems. The proposed solution can be replicated in this company for other projects, or be used in other companies to implement IT projects. As a follow-up research, it is possible to develop own software for IT project management automation based on the created complex and advantages of Agile methodologies to improve the efficiency of IT projects
