Improvement for Goods Transporting in an International Trade (the Case of RM Logistics Company)

Thanks to a highly competitive environment in the market of logistics services in international trade, the most important criteria for choosing a logistics provider of any level are the supply of an optimal price for transportation and a high level of service. Management solutions to optimize logistics procedures, adopted without the use of economic and mathematical methods of data analysis, and seemingly, but at practice are often not optimal. In accordance with the goal, in this work is solving the problem of determining the optimal method of delivery using a network schedule and choosing a logistics service provider when transporting export cargo using multicriteria analysis methods. The paper shows examples of the use of SWOT analysis, analysis of accounting and management reporting indicators, the method of coefficients, the method of paired comparisons, the method of weight coefficients when qualitative indicators are reduced to quantitative, the scale of desirability of E. Harrington, various rating and expert estimates are applied. The results of the conducted analysis confirm the necessity of practical application of the considered economic-mathematical methods for optimization of the logistic chain processes. The final qualifying work contains 89 pages, 26 tables, 16 drawings and bibliographic list of 56 titles.
