This diploma project deals with the delivery of small-sized cargo drones. Based on a review of literature on the topic, the study of the main characteristics of the delivery of drones on the "last mile". The calculations were made to give practical recommendations for the company "Aviatechnokon", to build a mathematical model of the delivery network drones in St. Petersburg, developed a map of the delivery of the city on the map. The results of the mathematical model construction in the program "Excel : Premium Solver Platform"are presented.
