Managing the Implementation of Remote Working Project within a Company

This master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of the remote working project implementation on the example of a large international energy company and the development of recommendations for managing this project on the basis of studying the problems arising in its implementation. The thesis presents an analysis of the problems that arise in the organization when implementing the project of transferring a part of employees to work in conditions of remote working, analyzing the resistance to organizational changes, as well as practical proposals for improving the management of the project to implement the principles of remote working.
