Bank Value Assessment: Theoretical and Methodological Approaches

The research considers existing assessment models of bank value. The paper aims to apply the models. The graduation work includes information about advantages and disadvantages of supplied methods and their special characteristics in the theoretical part. The practical section consists of using of three methods: DCF, Transaction method and Black–Scholes Option Pricing Model. The main objective is to formulate methodological refinements of evaluation in order to increase the objectivity of their application to determine the bank value. The results of the research are the recommendations for improving of assessment techniques presented in the form of an updated methodology.
