Abstract on the topic «Provision of Public Services in Electronic Form: Status and Outlooks». Graduate qualification work of the 4th year student of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Department of Public Administration. The study consists of 59 pages with 8 tables and 2 figures. 38 sources were used. The subject of the study is a set of criteria for evaluation the quality and satisfaction of getting public services in electronic form. The object of the work is to analyze systems of indicators of the evaluation the quality of provision public services in electronic form and to propose changes. In the first chapter of the study, the theoretical and legal basis for monitoring and evaluating the provision of services in electronic form was studied. In the second part, a comparative analysis of the indicators of international and national monitoring of the quality of electronic services was conducted. In the third part of the work, a study was made of the criteria for the quality of the receipt of public services in electronic form on the basis of user feedback on the Internet. In conclusion, a number of measures were proposed to improve the system of indicators for assessing the quality of public services in electronic form.
