Corporate Social Responsibility as an Element of the Company's Strategy

Thesis project on the theme: "Corporate Social Responsibility as part of the company's strategy (for example, the company PJSC" NLMK "). The work includes: 100 pages, 8 tables, 15 figures, 1 application; sources used - 51. Keywords: corporate social responsibility, CSR strategy, corporate strategy, the strategy element. Subject of research - strategy of corporate social responsibility. The purpose of this study - to analyze the features of corporate social responsibility as part of the strategy of the metallurgical industry, make recommendations for its improvement. The thesis includes an introduction, two chapters, the final conclusion. The introduction reveals the urgency of research in the chosen direction, raise the problem, the goal and objectives of the study are determined by the object, the subject of scientific research, formulate a hypothesis, aims and objectives indicated methodological base of research, its theoretical and practical significance. The first chapter provides a theoretical foundation of corporate social responsibility as part of the company's strategy, the essence of the concept. The chapter includes a review of the specifics of CSR in the steel industry. Also this chapter discusses methods for measurement and evaluation of CSR. The second chapter is carried out experimental practical work. In this chapter includes a complete analysis of CSR in the company's strategy of PJSC "NLMK". According to the survey suggested ways to improve the model of CSR PJSC "NLMK" Conclusion dedicated main findings and proposals for improving CSR PAO "NLMK"
