The master's dissertation issue is "Analysis and solution of the problems of the automated control system of a large trading enterprise" The object of the study is the process of providing services to users of the system. The goal of the work is to reduce the number of late user requests, as well as to identify problems in the process of registering and processing requests, and then solving them. The work consists of content, introduction, the main part, consisting of three sections, conclusion, list of sources used. The first chapter describes the existing processes for managing customer service requests for information systems of the company The second chapter identifies and classifies the problems of handling service requests. The third chapter shows ways to solve the problems found, and the effect of the changes on the statistics of calls is evaluated. The thesis contains 66 pages, 19 figures and 9 tables.
