Automation of Periodic Tasks of Distribution of Works in the University Educational Office Using 1C: Predpriyatiye 8.3

In this paper business-processes of the educational office in NRU HSE, which are connected with periodic tasks of distribution of different types of students’ scientific activities, have been studied. Each process has been modeled in order to identify the bottlenecks and drawbacks which can be resolved with the program solution that has been described in this research. The solution's Software Requirements Specification has been provided and the mockups of the user interface have been demonstrated.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
