The purpose of this work is to examine the impact of restrictions on access to prescription drugs on the pharmaceutical market. The theoretical significance of the study is to expand knowledge about the importance of prescription drugs and the features of their vacations, according to legislation. The practical significance of the research is that the obtained theoretical knowledge can be used in practice when analyzing the state influence on the dispensing of prescription drugs. Also, the proposed activities and recommendations can be used in practice to improve the release of prescription drugs. The work consists of an introduction, three parts and a conclusion. The first part of the work reveals the theoretical basis for the dispensing of prescription drugs, examines the legislative innovations in the regulation of the dispensing of prescription drugs in the pharmaceutical market, including in comparison with previous regulatory and legal acts. Examples of regulation of the release of prescription drugs in developed countries are given. The second part analyzes existing research in the field of prescription drugs from various points of view: from the point of view of health, law, trade. The analysis of the impact of new rules for dispensing prescription drugs on the Russian pharmaceutical market is given. A study is being conducted among the population on the topic of acquiring prescription drugs without prescriptions. The third part describes the prospects for the development of the sphere of prescription drugs release, its capabilities, risks and threats. The measures and recommendations for improving the release of prescription drugs on the Russian pharmaceutical market are suggested.
