The master's thesis is aimed at improving the quality of education in MAOU school №11, related to the professional growth of teachers, the purpose of which is to create an effective system of inter-certification support of teachers through the design of individual trajectories of development through an electronic portfolio. The basic criterion that influenced the choice of the topic was the low percentage of certified teachers for the highest category, as well as the hard-to-achieve indicator of certified teachers for the highest category by 2019 according to the municipal program. The project idea is to create and implement in the educational process a system to support teachers in the inter-certification period, which will contribute to the growth of motivation of employees when entering the certification. The product of the project is aimed at the restructuring of work with personnel. The basis was a pre-project study aimed at studying the motivation of teachers when choosing the level of certification. The system of inter-certification support includes a step-by-step set of measures aimed at increasing the share of certified to the highest category, and also includes a description of the mechanism of their support through the construction of ITR through the use of an automated system that allows to move away from paper to electronic document management. The main results of the evaluation of the project product will be a high rate of certified to the highest category, as well as the introduction of an electronic portfolio (personal website).
